Joy means students and teachers know they are valued and feel a sense of belonging. We believe joy should be an important component of the everyday experience of going to school.

As students deepen their understanding of their own learning process, they not only expand their understanding of content, they also learn about themselves.

Parents: do not let someone else speak for you. Don’t let political movements disguised as parental concern restrict what is possible in our classrooms.
