February 20: 5 Ways to Build Emotional Self-Awareness

Emotional self-awareness develops through experience, and while many of these experiences happen organically and outside of the classroom – we can intentionally create opportunities for students to have these experiences as part of our instruction. And there’s good reason to do so as high emotional intelligence correlates with many positive academic and social outcomes! In this workshop, we’ll practice 5 different emotional awareness-building activities that can be adapted to any grade level. Get ready to laugh, play, and learn more about yourself and others!
