Following a period of leadership turnover and uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic, a school in the Midwest engaged Center for Inspired Teaching to provide year-long professional development focused on rebuilding school community.
Like our teaching colleagues, we’re doing our best to accept missteps with grace and humor, while simultaneously working to improve. And we’re celebrating the learning and growth along the way.
