20th Anniversary

20th Anniversary Logo

Over school year 2015-16, Inspired Teaching® was proud to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. We shared stories from Inspired Teachers from across the globe and welcomed educators, administrators, parents, and policy leaders to special events and to observe our work in action.

Since 1995, Inspired Teaching has trained and shared our work with educators locally, nationally, and across the globe, winning national and international accolades for our transformative teacher training and the innovative ways we’re building a better school experience for students. We’ve built partnerships with schools, districts, philanthropists, and policymakers and have been featured by the Washington Post, NPR, the Bridgespan Group, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Republic 3.0, and Education Week.

On April 21, 2016, Inspired Teaching hosted Chocolate Inspiration at the Embassy of Italy, a gala celebrating 20 years of Inspired Teaching, honoring educator and activist Jonathan Kozol, and featuring the finest DC-area chefs who prepared and served their most creative and delicious chocolate creations.
