Class featured by LEGO Foundation screens the final film

On April 20, third grade teacher and 2013 Inspired Teaching Fellow Mr. Zia Hassan screened two short films with his students. The films, created by the LEGO Foundation, featured Mr. Hassan's classroom and premiered in Denmark at the 2015 LEGO Idea Conference.

Inspired Teaching Demonstration School named “Best Middle School” in City Paper Readers’ Poll

The Inspired Teaching Demonstration School was named "Best Middle School" in the Washington City Paper’s “Best of DC” 2015 Readers’ Poll. The Demonstration School was also a runner-up finalist in the "Best Elementary School" category.
